Our Chef offers you, 7 days a week, a menu that varies with the seasons, arrivals and local producers. Dolphin flavours and local products are combined in tasty and gourmet menus.

Accuracy of cooking and seasoning, the dish expresses itself on the plate thanks to the quality of the products, the know-how of our Chef and a refined service around a picturesque setting in Isère, a few kilometres from Vienne.

To accompany your meal, we offer a wine tasting by the glass.
