The Cottage has 12 charming rooms in a 1 hectare park. It is the kingdom of roses and geraniums in season, around the majestic plane tree which shelters the terrace.
In an atmosphere dominated by light colours, enjoy an elegant and refined room, designed according to the latest trends. All our rooms feature a selection of quality French furniture. They are equipped with television and free Wi-Fi.

The Cottage also houses a bistro and an area reserved for the organisation of your events, whether private or professional. The Bistrot offers you a local cuisine, full of flavours.
A reception room with a capacity of about 120 people and 3 meeting rooms can accommodate your family receptions, weddings or work seminars.

Decorated in light and pure tones, the Single or Double rooms of the Cottage offer a feeling of soft harmony. A true haven of peace in the heart of the village of Chonas L'Amballan, near Vienne, they guarantee you intimacy, calm and well-being.
One room is adapted for people with reduced mobility (shower on the same level - no steps, ground floor...).

Annual Holidays of the Cottage: The Cottage will be closed from 17 November to 1 December 2019 inclusive, and from Thursday 26 to Monday 30 December 2019 inclusive. It will also be closed from 23 February to 8 March 2020 inclusive.
General terms and conditions of sale
For room reservations of less than 5 nights: we ask for a credit card number as a guarantee, or a deposit - cancellation without charge up to 48 hours.
For group bookings hotel / restaurant / seminar: we ask for a 40% deposit at the time of booking. In case of total cancellation between 20 and 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be kept and from 0 to 20 days before the service, the total service will be charged. The invoice will be established at least according to the number of participants communicated to D-10 at the latest, and must be paid on the spot or at the latest within 7 days following the service.

- Tourist tax : 1.05 € (per day and per person)
- Animals are accepted in the room, with an extra charge of 15 € per day per animal (accepted in the Cottage bistro, not allowed in the gastronomic restaurant of the Domaine).
